Pontardawe Class Details
The classes are held in 5 week blocks during which time a specific aspect of the
system is highlighted and studied. If you are brand new coming to T'ai Chi then
it would be best if you attended the earlier Qi Gong class. (However if you have
some experience of Tai Chi and/or Kung Fu then you should be able to enter the later
class at any time.)
Location
The Ynysmeudwy Community Hall is the setting for the Swansea class.

Times
There are now 2 classes taught each Thursday evening:
Qi Gong runs from 6:30 until 7:30pm and also covers K'ai Men and Tao Yin
Tai Chi runs from 7:30 until 9pm and also covers other aspects of the Li Family
Style.
Cost
The Qi Gong class is £3.50
Individual Tai Chi class cost is £7
The cost for a 5 week block of Tai Chi is £30
What to wear
The class is practiced in loose clothes, e.g. t-shirt, sweatshirt, jogging trousers
and trainers.
