Tai Chi Classes

All classes are now up and running but we still have space if you want to join us

The practice of T’ai Chi and Qi Gong is thousands of years old and informed much of the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine as it stands today. There are many different styles practiced throughout the world, namely Li, Yang, Chen, Wu, Hao and Sun. Each of these, if taught correctly, will adhere to the basic principles of T’ai Chi and students will learn what separates this Ancient form of movement from other forms of exercise.

David has been practicing the Li Style of T’ai Chi, Qi Gong plus associated Feng Shou Kung Fu and throwing art Chi Shu since 1979 and is a Senior Instructor within the Taoist Arts Organisation.

Until a class uniform is obtained each class is practiced in loose clothes, e.g. t-shirt, sweatshirt, jogging trousers and trainers.
